1.智能化机头

全系列采用电机款5.2英寸机头,由闭环控制的电机控制三角编织、吊目、翻针等动作,相比传统的电磁铁控制,电机控制更安全可靠,5.2英寸机头,重量下降了15%,编织效率提升了约20%,实现了高速高效稳定编织,最新舢板具备紧吊、紧编织、特殊接针等功能。

2.操作系统

采用国内最先进、最成熟、市场保有量最大的恒强电脑控制系统,本控制系统为泽强量身定制,独家供应,控制系统采用模块化设计,操作简单,维护、维修方便,兼容各种花型数据格式,界面人性化设计,同时还能兼容世界上绝大部分国家语言,是一款多语言操作系统,可以兼容市面上其它操作系统。

3.动态度目

采用全电机控制的机头可以在一行编织过程中,实现N段度目,有效解决了衣片编织过程中两边长,中间短的现象,对紧密度翻针有辅助作用,利用此功能还能编织很多特殊的花型组织。

4.红外探针

采用红外线检测针板口浮沙,相比传统机械方式,灵敏度、安全性更高,能大幅降低织针损耗,目前细针距基本标配。

5.红外卷边检测

采用红外线检测罗拉因静电产生的纱线卷布现象,相比传统机械方式,灵敏度、安全性更高。

6.交叉沉降片

交叉沉降片可以在紧密度时,安全可靠编织,降低了主罗拉的依赖,减少了因浮沙导致的损坏织针的现象,同时利用此功能还能编织一些特殊花型组织,目前为粗针选配装置。

7.局域网

控制系统具备局域网接入功能,与专用ERP软件结合,能够实现远程对设备的监控,生产数据分析,订单管理等。

Compared to traditional electromagnetic control, motor control is safer and more reliable. With the 5.2-inch carriage, weight has decreased by 15%, and knitting efficiency has increased by approximately 20%, achieving high-speed, efficient and stable knitting.

2.Operating System

Using the most advanced and mature domestic market-leading Hengqiang computer control system, customized exclusively for Zeqiang, this modular-designed control system is simple to operate, easy to maintain and repair, compatible with various pattern data formats, and features a user-friendly interface. It is also compatible with the majority of languages worldwide, making it a multilingual operating system.

3.Dynamic Stitch

Using fully motorized controlled machine heads, it is possible to achieve N-stage density adjustment during a single knitting process, effectively solving the phenomenon of longer edges and shorter middles in garment knitting. It assists in stitch density flipping and can also be utilized to knit many special pattern structures.

4. Infrared Probes

Infrared detection of floating debris at the needle plate opening is employed, offering higher sensitivity and safety compared to traditional mechanical methods. It significantly reduces needle wear caused by floating debris and is now a basic standard for fine needle gauge.

5. Infrared Selvedge Detection

Infrared detection of yarn wrapping on rollers due to static electricity is utilized, offering higher sensitivity and safety compared to traditional mechanical methods.

6. Cross Sinker

Cross sinkers ensure safe and reliable knitting during tightness, reducing dependence on the main take down and minimizing needle damage caused by floating debris. This feature also allows for knitting of special pattern structures and is currently an optional device for coarse needle gauge.

7. Local Area Network (LAN)

The control system has LAN access capability, which, when combined with dedicated ERP software, enables remote monitoring of equipment, production data analysis, and order management.
